Dismantling Broken Systems

It's unacceptable that women and people of color get penalized when they advocate for diversity at work.

When people who aren't white or male speak out on bias, it's not a self-serving act. They're putting their careers at risk to fight systemic injustice.

Things desperately need to change! It’s a double bind for oppressed groups: the very people who suffer from systemic disadvantage are punished when they voice it.

One small way we can all be supportive is to celebrate our colleagues who go out on a limb to speak up and reinforce the importance of change.

Yes, it might create some discomfort, but…

dismantling broken systems…is not supposed to be comfortable!
