Prayer of Celebration —July 4th Weekend!
—July 4th celebrated as the birth of America’s ‘Independence/Freedom’
Let’s begin here:
“Because you and I have set our love upon the Lord; because we have made the Lord the most High—our place of refuge and our “dwelling place”; and because we desire to “abide” in Him and have allowed Him to live in and through us:
• No evil will befall us or come nigh our dwelling
• He gives His angels the charge over us to keep us in all our ways, to bear us up lest we dash our foot against a stone, when the lion, cobras, and serpents try to trample us.
• He will deliver us from all our enemies, He will “set us on high” (because we chose to get to know Him intimately); —when we call upon Him—
• He will answer, be with us in trouble, deliver and “honor” us! (Particularly and purposely—with a long, healthy, prosperous and satisfied life!) (Ps 91)
💎 If you are not satisfied in your life—then commit yourself to “dwelling” in Him—trusting His love and wisdom and power, to protect you from everything that could destroy you …and allowing Him to “live in and through”…you!
Be blessed this weekend—have an “experience” with the Living God—not just engage in “events!”
Your greatest “freedom” ev-e-r-r—came through Jesus Christ, not through certain men, whose method of freedom was by overcoming and taking control of a place and it’s people by use of military force!
Yes, we are so blessed in this country—but the greater blessing came though one man (Jesus Christ) giving His life that we “all” may have a right and opportunity to the “tree of life,” that was in the midst of the Garden of Eden—whose fruit imparts eternal life and the benefits of salvation!
Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless his holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.
He satisfies you with “good” as long as you live, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
He makes known ‘His’ ways
He forgives all our iniquities (He does not deal with us according to our sins, nor pay us back according to our iniquities)
His love is steadfast, from everlasting to everlasting upon those who fear him.
…and that’s just the beginning to your “blessed life!”
