Spiritual “Embalming”—

—The Process

The spiritual embalming process, which manifests through pride, arrogance, manipulation, lying, gossiping, sowing seeds of wickedness, stubbornness, hate, disobedience to the word of God, and the consistent behavior of allowing the influence of demonic spirits to use you—against the purposes and people of God!

These works of the flesh simply starts the “e m b a l m m e n t” process, while you are still alive, and happens prior to the actual manifestation of physical death that takes your life!

To say that a person is being “embalmed,” while they are still alive, means that they have first died spiritually, while appearing to everyone, as if they are alive; This spiritual embalmment simply prepares individuals for the final death process, which is—life away from the body, life away from earth, life away from God, the promise of being in heaven, from having dominion, prosperity, and “eternal” life. It is a delay, (for a short while), of the physical death of an individual.

This is alienation from God, which manifests by expressions of loneliness and feeling as if God seems very far away and remote from your everyday life! Many can not seem to understand that they have knowingly, (or unknowingly), made the decision to choose whether to have God as their God, or to be their own god—and they will verbalize the fact that they have to depend upon themselves in times of trial or need. They also have negative attitudes toward receiving any comfort or help from God.

Galatians 5: 19-21 says to NOT walk according to the flesh! (carnality) This is a death walk—and is called living by the “works of the flesh”: (the pre-embalmment process)

“Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envying’s, murders, drunkenness, reveling, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things, shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God.(nor heaven)

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of your own flesh—you are to live a life guided by the Holy Spirit, allowing His influence to direct your thoughts, words, and actions, prioritizing God's will over your own desires and following God’s lead (Jesus),in your daily life. It involves a life of obedience to God and reliance on His power, to live righteously. 

This involves actively seeking God's guidance, listening to His promptings, and then aligning your actions with what He has said as what is morally right, according to  Kingdom, 👑 Christian covenant teachings.

Those who are naming the name of Christ, do not be deceived—God will not be mocked, whatsoever you sow, you will also reap that. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, (dishonest and fraudulent conduct), but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life and favor from God.

Put off the works of the flesh and Put on the new, Spirit-filled way of life, God’s life (ZOÈ)
