God First!
Putting God’s Plan Back in Divine Order! Means putting God FIRST!
This means that you take the time to get to know who you were created to be, and let go of the religious rules that has been impregnated in your subconscious mind, telling you how you should worship, introducing other ways to believe God, that fit more in line with what you want to do; walking away from religious traditions that make it ok to operate without holiness, and affirming proclivities that validate self-interest desires.
Yes, God gives us the desires of our hearts, but He does not place them before His ultimate plan for mankind.
There is a bigger picture here! We were called to do His will—not yours! There is a reason people come to gather in the house of God—and it wasn’t just to hear someone speak, nor fan-out on star-struck, entertainers! The church is not a TED TALK platform!
The spirit of God is now moving upon His remnants—those who are blessed beyond measure despite their failures and weaknesses. God blesses them because they are pleasing to Him, because of their faith in Him. The bible says over and over, that without faith it is impossible to please God. He has now come to reset His born-again, living Church—not a building. The more excellent choice would be to utilize that building to provide resources within the community where you are—not to gain notoriety!
Every church naming the name of Christ, will either allow God to recalibrate, reset and relaunch the church His way—and get rid of pharisaic traditions, mindsets and the way they do “church.”
God is saying that His church has gradually drifted off course and He needs to give it a fresh point of reference, in order to recalibrate our processes and systems—and to provide real-time, step-by-step directions to our planned destination.
He also wants to recalibrate our individual assignments, to His calibrations. Anyone who will not allow Him to interrupt their routine, and refuse to comply and openly rebel; they will cause their own selves and their ministry, to be devoured and consume “off the good, productive land that God has already provided! He also promises that those who refuse and rebel to His Kingdom reset and recalibration—He will allow the waster to destroy that which He previously blessed. The former promise was this:
“I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the LORD of hosts”
We must allow God to interrupt our routines and mundane events, and self-efforts to validate ourselves, by self-aggrandizement, self promotion, or by many-pursuing latent certificates and degrees. I do applaud anyone who is pursuing any kind of higher learning; I’m onboard! I believe however, that they are not directly applicable, post pandemic. Set yourself—stand you still—it’s God time now, and He is about to reset and relaunch His church. Old on to those for another time and a season!
The time now, is for God’s reset! So focus! Its about HIM!
His authority for this recalibration and reset, tells us what He’s after—in these next, and post-pandemic assignments—(True believers), and what His expectation(s) will be. First of all, He expects from those who say they are His followers, thus:
In His name (JESUS), believers must & will, cast out devils (it’s the proof and evidence of anyone calling themselves a believer)
Believers speak with new tongues;
They will engaged in pursuit of serpent—the symbol of evil power and chaos…and destroy them
Should they they ingest any deadly thing, it will not hurt them;
Believers will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.
If someone does not have corresponding actions mandated by the word, then they are not a believer in Jesus Christ-they are just church-goers, going to a weekly event or at best, visiting to perhaps feel better about a situation they are in, but are not committed to any kind of life-transformation. Remember, the promises are made only to the true worshippers!
As Kingdom leaders, the purpose is to lead people first, to Jesus, then to abundant life, to be transformed by the power of God and then eternal life. This experience is the witness and proof of God’s existence to this world. If you’re not making true disciples, shut your assignment down—there is no transformational power there! It’s fantasy or a scheme. When Jesus saves—He saves to the upmost! If the experience is god-directed, people will be redeemed and delivered from sickness, disease, poverty and death.
Because of this misdirection of purpose within the body of believers, it is no wonder that people are in no rush to come back to a mundane assemblage, and they certainly don’t want to come for “intellectual stimulation”, a speakers platform, or to see the leader do a conceited cock-walk!
It’s so sad that even doctors, as professed healers, put into actions what they say is wrong with individuals, (often to many detriment, by writing prescriptions and making recommendations), and many believers, believe their report, but Jesus said, that His word, is the more sure word, yet we blame the conditions of our assemblages, our neighborhoods and communities, on the people in it, and not our apostacy and outdated methods! He has called us to transform our environments, as His ambassadors and healers.
He has come to set in order—His Church!! To RESET, (set again differently), RECALIBRATE, (a fresh point of reference), AND RELAUNCH (reintroduce)—HIM!
God’s church must either get in the move of God or have the name ‘Ichabod’ written over the outside of everything they attempt to pursue. (Remember—Ichabod symbolizes that the Glory and High Standards of God, has departed!!)
