Watch your mouth!
When you declare that tomorrow isn’t promise to you—you are confessing and decreeing a lie! You are speaking contrary to the Word of life—The Word of God!!
“Tomorrow,” is another word for…future.
Jesus did indeed, promise all “followers,” this blessing!
Are you so engrossed in the world, and their mindset that you are killing any hopes of a good future for yourself??
Followers, are mandated to speak the Word ONLY—we do not, speak in line with slick-sounding fables, culture, nor the world!
So, stop shooting yourself in the foot, and then praying for a healing! You must watch your mouth, because the mouth speaks what you believe, in your heart!
If you don’t believe there is a tomorrow, then where is your hope? That’s called hopelessness, which is a lack of hope” For the follower of Jesus Christ—the expression, “tomorrow is not promised",” is not one that Jesus, nor the scriptures teach.
We are indeed-promised a tomorrow
Perhaps that’s the reason that so many are unhealthy (sickly), with no hope; and so many are spiritually dull (sleep), and slothful, and are not “watching as well as praying.” That indicates irresponsibility and refusal to acknowledge the truth of the word of God. They will suffer the inevitable consequences of this undesirable mindset.
If you don’t envision a tomorrow for you—then why are you praying? Remember heaven—is future…and future is defined as a period of time following the moment you are in.
WATCH YOUR MOUTH!!
To disbelieve in a tomorrow, is an unhealthy perspective, and the scriptures says—“as a man (or woman), thinks in their heart—so is he/her.
One of the most amazing gifts that God has given us, is the human mind—the ability to learn, think, choose, and reason. Your thoughts then, become a reflection of who you really are. What’s in your heart—your mouth will speak and make declarations!! The thoughts and inclinations of your own heart, will shape the reality of who you are. They shape your thinking about matters, which will ultimately shape your actions, and form the basis of who you will become.
Sometimes, who we are on the inside and what we say on the outside, doesn’t always line up. The Pharisees, for instance, were very good at presenting themselves as very pious, devout, religious people, yet Jesus called them hypocrites! They were playing a role on the outside that didn’t reflect who they really were.
Jesus said you will know a tree by its fruit. The core of “who you are,” is evidenced by the thoughts, or roots of your heart. The fruit of the tree is simply a reflection of the root it’s connected to. You are what you believe. That’s why what is on the inside…is so much more important than what is on the outside.
My encouragement here, is to get wisdom-the application of knowledge, and in all your getting—get understanding!
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and………a FUTURE.” — Jeremiah 29:11So—Tomorrow is promised to those who believe in the truth of that promise of God.
